Abstract

The use of technology can facilitate various aspects of business, including financial management, marketing, production, and customer service. Digitalization of MSMEs plays a role in increasing revenue and driving local economic growth. Through MSME activities, creative or regional products can become better known, especially if marketed through digital platforms. This activity focuses on the implementation of the "Smart UMKM" program in Gunung Mekar Village, East Lampung Regency, which aims to support the growth and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the use of digital technology. The goal of this activity is to improve competitiveness, expand markets, increase revenue and profitability, and encourage business innovation. With the introduction of e-commerce and digital payments, this program also aims to expand market reach, increase sales, and facilitate payment and transaction transparency. This activity was carried out using a direct survey or direct interview method, namely by directly visiting respondents at their place of residence or production house. It was shown that the "Smart UMKM" program is beneficial in supporting MSME players, especially in expanding market reach and increasing professionalism through digitalization. The introduction of digital payment systems and e-commerce is expected to ease transactions and boost local economic growth. The program also involves creating or updating product packaging designs to increase the attractiveness and value of products in the market. The conclusion of this program shows the importance of MSME digitalization in supporting business sustainability and competitiveness, and the need for continuous education and support for MSME players to adopt digital technology.
