Abstract
Making dry candied papaya is one method of processing papaya that aims to maximize the use of abundant papaya resources while increasing its selling value. This article seeks to provide an overview and explanation related to the work program of making dried candied papaya fruit, including the process, steps, results, and benefits. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach with the descriptive-explanatory model. As a result, the community accepts new understanding and insight in terms of utilizing papaya fruit resources. In addition, people can resell sweetened products so that they can be a source of side income, especially for housewives. This article is only about the FKIP KKN Lampung of University Period 1 of 2023 implementation.
